This Privacy Policy explains how Vosapio ("Vosapio", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use www.vosapio.com and the related services (the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    1. Information We Collect

Account Information: when you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and other details needed to create and manage your account.

Configuration Data: brand names, keywords, competitor names, and tracked entities you configure within the platform to set up your monitoring.

Subscription & Billing Data: plan type, billing details, and transaction records. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.

Usage Data: how you interact with the platform — features used, reports generated, queries made, and session activity — to improve and support the Services.

Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, and other technical usage statistics.

Cookies & Analytics: we use cookies and Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how users navigate the platform. See Section 3 for details.

    2. How We Use Your Information
    • To create and manage your account, and deliver the Services you have subscribed to.
    • To execute brand visibility monitoring and generate AI tracking reports based on your configured parameters.
    • To process billing and manage your subscription.
    • To communicate with you about your account, new features, service updates, or support requests.
    • To monitor, maintain, and improve the platform — including understanding usage patterns, detecting errors, and optimizing performance.
    • To generate aggregated, non-identifiable statistics about platform usage.
    • To enforce our Terms and Conditions and ensure the security and integrity of the Services.
    • To comply with applicable legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.
    3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
    • We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar tracking technologies via Google Analytics and our platform infrastructure.
    • Cookies help us recognize returning users, maintain authenticated sessions, measure traffic, and understand how the platform is used.
    • You can disable or block cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain platform features, including authentication and session management.
    • We do not use cookies to build personal advertising profiles or sell data to third-party advertisers.
    4. Information Sharing & Third Parties
    • We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
    • We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics), strictly under confidentiality obligations.
    • We rely on Google Analytics to collect and process usage data — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.
    • To deliver the Services, Vosapio queries third-party AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Your configured brand and keyword data is transmitted to these platforms solely to retrieve AI-generated visibility results.
    • We may share aggregated, non-identifiable statistics for research or benchmarking purposes.
    • We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes, with prior notice where legally permitted.
    • Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
    5. Data Retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable law.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics retention policies. Billing and transaction records may be retained for longer periods to meet legal and tax obligations.
